Anti-Robot Inundation Army
Adding Noise in the Propaganda War

Artist Trading Cards C'mon, feel the noise. Mail Art ATCs

Who is the Robot?

The robot, AKA pablo.wright is a mail artist who has been working in the medium since February 2003. In 2004 the robot/pablo.wright started an overtly political (and decidedly anti-Bush) mail art campaign. (Unfortunately, it did not seem to sway the outcome of the 2004 U.S. Presidential election.) The project has grown from there and consists, mainly of brief screeds on the "b" side of original linoleum block prints.

The robot/pablo.wright has very little formal art training (and it shows). The artist also works with acrylics, opaque water colors, and occasional stencil art graffiti (don't try this at home) and is active in trading Artist Trading Cards (ATC's).

Make sure that the robot receives the robot's share of propaganda. Add to the noise that the robot must process:

Please note: The robot is not in the market for a mortgage, breast enlargement or male enhancement. Nor is the robot interested in cashing a check from Nigeria or purchasing toner. The robot will, however, consider pornography, as long as it is tasteful (for art's sake, of course) and involves robots.

Art belongs where people are. Or maybe art belongs in the mail.
